The services are designed to ensure that HVAC equipment is installed correctly and operates properly. A Service & Maintenance Plans Brochure is available for download.

Warranty options provide coverage against defective materials and factory workmanship – including parts, labour and travel performed by an Airedale by Modine Service Technician – for one year from the unit start-up date by Airedale by Modine. Priority status is given for remote troubleshooting with technical specialists and required on-site repairs.
A Disaster Emergency Response service is available to assist schools in restoring IAQ after severe weather events, offering phone support and on-site equipment analysis.
These services aim to maximise equipment uptime, maintain operational stability and improve energy efficiency.
