Airedale Launches Barkell Modular AHU Range
Airedale's Barkell Modular AHU range offers pre-configured air handling units designed to accelerate project delivery. Airedale has introduced the Barkell Modular AHU range, targeting projects requiring quicker turnaround times original source article. These pre-configured air handling units aim to reduce quotation and lead times. The range features airflow capacities up to 6.5m³/s across nine sizes. It also boasts high heat exchanger efficiency and low Specific Fan Power (SFP) achieved with EC fans. Multiple heating and cooling configurations are available, including electric, water, and DX systems. DX models use low Global Warming scope R32 refrigerant (GWP 675) as standard, contributing to a more sustainable future. The units feature integrated packaged controls with options for constant volume/constant temperature, Variable Air Volume (VAV), and CO2 control.
