Accessible via the myBITZER portal, the BDN centralises product information, including documentation, operating manuals, spare parts data linked to the ePARTS catalogue, certificates, and compressor drawings.

Users can view installations and systems, upload service reports, and review service history. The system also facilitates data log uploads via BEST software. Basic information services are available free. Extended functionalities – such as remote access, fault notifications, and compressor data analysis – leverage live data from BITZER IQ products, enabling real-time troubleshooting.

Access levels can be assigned within organisations, and stored equipment data can be shared. The BDN operates within existing infrastructure, requiring only a myBITZER portal account for basic access. The launch of the BDN aims to improve lifecycle management of BITZER equipment for its partners.
