BITZER Extends ECOLITE Condensing Unit Series

BITZER has expanded its ECOLITE condensing unit range for small commercial applications. The seven air-cooled ECOLITE models are designed for low and medium temperature applications. These units are available in an attractive housing. The three ECOLITE LHL3E condensing units (one fan) and the four LHL5E models (two fans) cover a range from 1.5 kW to 5 kW in the low temperature refrigeration range, and from 3.5 kW to 16 kW in the medium temperature range.

Designed for cold stores, display counters and small shops, the units feature a compact, low sound design, efficient components and capacity control via semi-hermetic compressors. All ECOLITE condensing units offer stepless capacity adjustment in a range from 50 to 100 per cent, thanks to the VARISTEP mechanical capacity control. The LHL5E models enable flexible capacity control between 10 and 100 per cent as an optional feature. The series is housed in a robust, corrosion-resistant enclosure suitable for outdoor use and requires a low refrigerant charge thanks to efficient mini-channel condensers. BITZER has integrated system-optimised components as well as its ECOLINE reciprocating compressors into the ECOLITE series.

Units are designed for 'plug-and-play' operation with accessible components and an intuitive controller, compatible with the BITZER Electronics Service Tool (BEST). Optional accessories include a second capacity control, oil separator with check valve and a temperature sensor. All models are Ecodesign-compliant and designed for use with common refrigerants, including low GWP HFO blends. The ECOLITE series is intended to offer efficient cooling within smaller commercial applications.
