Star Refrigeration Reaccredited as Investors in People Platinum

Star Refrigeration's commitment to staff development continues, with the firm achieving reaccreditation as an Investors in People Platinum employer. First accredited in 2003, the Investors in People framework benchmarks progress in areas such as empowering employees, reward and recognition, capability building, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Since the last review, improvements include enhanced collaboration and knowledge sharing, refined recruitment strategies – including showcasing employee career stories and promoting company values – and a continued emphasis on recognition and benefits. The firm has also retained Investors in Young People Gold status, reflecting their focus on attracting and nurturing young talent through apprenticeships, trainee programmes, and increased STEM engagement to raise awareness of industry opportunities.
